The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks).

LEGAL, BILLS, price, deposit
The agreement of lease is available in Polish and English language. The bills can be paid either upon consumption of in a reach-out amount all inclusive.
The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent. The deposit shall be given back to the tenants after the lease. The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants.
