The room listed in this advert is a bright and nice bedroom, precisely the biggest bedroom of the apartment. The bedroom advertised (about 24 m2) is big and bright, a perfect place for 1 person or 2 people. The place is fully furnished (desk, chairs, beds with mattresses, wardrobe etc. etc.).
There is so sofa-bed in the bedroom. The tenants can get an additional single bed upon previous request to the Lessor.
The apartment
The apartment is about 70 m2. The place consists of a kitchen fully equipped, big bedroom, bedroom, cozy bathroom. There is also a cellar to store the bicycles.
There are the following utensils, devices and appliances in the apartment: microwave, oven, big stove, all kitchen tools, pots, pans and pots, cutlery, iron, iron board, washing machine (new), chopping board, colander, fridge and freezer, adapters, kettle, boiler, toaster, TV.
Location
The apartment is located in Fałata street no 4, next to well known Krakowskie Błonia and Jordana Park, about minutes’ walk from the Old Town. There is an easy access to the other parts of Krakow, there are a lot of tram and bus lines in the neighborhood. There are many beautiful parks in the area. My place is only 4 minutes walk to Cracow University of Technology (AGH), Cracow University of Agriculture (UR) and Pedagogics University (UP- Ingardena street). The bills are not included in the monthly price mentioned in the advert. Upon arrival, the tenants can choose a monthly rent with all bills included in the monthly price.

Important information
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. There is a storage room and a cellar available for the tenants. The neighborhood is quiet, very safe and green (one of few districts in Krakow with no smog). There are parks, theatre, swimming pool, bike and running paths around all the area. There is an internet WiFi connection in all the apartment (good and unlimited speed).
The tenants can get a monthly subscription to Champions League football matches at the additional price of only 50 PLN per month (optional service).
