All the rooms, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and furnished.
There are desks, beds, sofa-beds, sofa, lamps, curtains, bedside tables, table, chairs, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans. There are as well many appliances like fridge, freezer, hairdryer, iron with iron board, washing machine, hair straightener, kettle, boiler and toaster.

There is a lovely courtyard where the tenants can leave their bicycles.

The monthly rent does not include the bills.

A service of bed linens and towels is available upon request. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rental.
The Lessor pays for a service of 2 hours general cleaning per month in the apartment, this service is for FRE for the tenants cause it’s included in the price of the monthly rental.
