The neighborhood:
The flat is located in ul. Przewóz, nearby the beautiful Bagry lake. The place is just few minutes walk from the bus/tram stop.
The Krakow Academy of Frycz-Modrzewski is about 7 minutes tram. (I checked personally).

The flat is on the seventh floor, the view is amazing! There is a great view of the Camaldolese monastery, the tower of St. Mary’s Church and naturally the Wawel castle!

The place is in the size of around 48 square meters. There is a bedroom, living room partly connected to the kitchen and a balcony with terrace (around 15 m2). Under the building there is a two-level garage with a parking space (possibility of charging electric cars and parking cars equipped with GPL gas).

The place is technically ready for living from the 26th of August 2019, so everything is simply brand new.

The price of the monthly rent in the advert doesn’t include the bills. There is a service of weekly cleaning for the tenants, only if they want and require it (not included in the monthly rent, extra 70 PLN weekly).

Minimum period of rental: 1 month
Maximum period of rental: no limit

There is an extra cost of 200 PLN for the garage (not mandatory, only if required).
There is a service of bed linens and towels available upon previous request. The service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

The apartment is very warm in winter (there is a perfect insulation a very good window in PVC).
